General Terms and Conditions (AGB)
for psychotherapeutic treatments, sound therapy, coaching and healing energy work


1. scope of application

These terms and conditions apply to all services that I offer as a non-medical practitioner for psychotherapy (specialising in talking therapy, sound therapy and coaching) in Berlin and also online. By using my services, you recognise these conditions.

2. benefits

* Talk therapy: client-centred psychotherapeutic support according to Carl Rogers
* Sound therapy: use of sounds and vibrations to relax, reduce stress and support self-healing powers.
* Coaching: Solution-orientated support for life questions, professional issues or personal development. Coaching is for personal development and is not therapy.
* Healing energy transfer: Energetic methods for harmonising body, mind and soul.
* Combined approaches: Individual integration of methods.
* No medical treatment: My work does not replace medical or psychiatric treatment. In the case of acute mental or physical illnesses, I refer to medical specialists.

3. making appointments and cancellations

* Appointments are binding.
* Cancellations: Please cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of later cancellation or non-attendance without cancellation, the full session fee will be charged.

4 Fee and terms of payment

* Fees are agreed individually. The current prices can be found on the website under Prices.
* Payment modalities:
* Appointments in person: Cash payment on site.
* Online appointments: Prepayment via PayPal (invoice will be sent after booking).
* In the event of late payment, I reserve the right to refuse further appointments.

5 Confidentiality and data protection

* I am subject to the legal duty of confidentiality (§ 203 StGB).
* Personal data will be treated confidentially and only passed on with your express consent.
* Further information can be found in my privacy policy.

6. disclaimer

* My work is based on naturopathic and psychotherapeutic methods. I accept no liability for the success of the treatment, as this depends on individual factors.
* Please inform me immediately if you experience any physical or psychological complaints during therapy.

7. online appointments

* The same conditions apply for online sessions (e.g. via Zoom) as for face-to-face meetings.
* By booking, you confirm that you have a stable internet connection and a quiet room.

8. right of cancellation

* As a service, my offers are not subject to the Distance Selling Act. There is therefore no right of cancellation.

9. final provisions

* I reserve the right to make changes to the GTC and will inform you accordingly.
* Should individual provisions be invalid, the rest of the GTC shall remain valid.
